PANews reported that Anthropic the status page shows Claude.ai、Claude Code and Claude Cowork are experiencing elevated error rates, and some users may encounter failed requests, be unable to load content, or need to log in again. The official team is investigating and has not announced a resolution time.

The report states that Claude refusals before output due to biosafety, frontier model development, or reasoning-extraction requests will be charged at standard rates; other zero-output refusals remain free of charge.
