Otter.ai says it obtained Customer Value Fund from a General Catalyst-affiliated 320000000 USD in growth financing. The capital will be used for sales and customer acquisition and repaid from revenue generated by new customers. The company plans to expand its sales and marketing budget to 2 to 3 times its original level.
