Binance Chat Beginner’s Guide
Binance Chat is a communication feature built into the Binance App. It can be used for private chats, group chats, and sharing trading-related content. In some regions, red packets and crypto asset transfers are also supported, but actual availability varies by region, regulations, and rollout progress.
Getting to Know Binance Chat
Binance Chat integrates instant messaging into the Binance App, allowing users to chat privately with other users or join group chats related to Binance Square creators and communities. It focuses on connecting content browsing with real-time discussions and provides interactive tools such as trading cards and red packets; the features available may vary by region.
Adding Contacts and Joining Group Chats
Before getting started, update the Binance App to the latest version, then enter from the chat icon on the home page or by searching for “Chat.” When adding a contact, you can search for the other person’s Chat ID ID, Binance UID ID, or scan a QR code; you usually need to wait for the other person to accept the request before you can send messages. You can enter a group chat from a Binance Square creator’s profile page.
Restrictions to Note When Using Asset Features
Chat may offer red packets, trading cards, and supported crypto asset transfers. Red packets are used to send crypto assets to contacts or groups, while trading cards are used to share trading information in the context of a conversation. These features are not available in all countries and regions and may also be rolled out in stages. Before using them, refer to the actual interface in the App and local rules.
