According to Reuters,AMD announced plans to acquire World Labs, with the transaction valued at 8200000000 USD, expected to be completed by 2026 the end of the year. After the transaction is completed, Fei-Fei Li is slated to join AMD as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist.
