17 countries support the Kyoto Vision and plan to expand access to research AI and computing resources
the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany and other 17 countries jointly supported the Science Golden Age Kyoto Vision at the Kyoto forum, proposing to expand access to research AI tools, data and computing resources, and reform research funding mechanisms.
