According to Bloomberg, multiple companies under Samsung Group have agreed to invest in AI infrastructure company Helix Digital Infrastructure a total of 1000000000 USD and acquire a partial equity stake. Helix was established by KKR along with the Kuwait Investment Authority, NVIDIA, and Vistra; it was June established this year.
