Evernorth announced that it had completed the business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II and plans to begin trading on October 12 using XRPN on Nasdaq. After completion of the transaction, the company held approximately 473000000 units of XRP and obtained approximately 300000000 USD in aggregate cash proceeds.
