PANews reported that Binance Alpha has opened Unitas（UP) second-wave airdrop claims; users holding at least 244 Alpha points can claim on a first-come, first-served basis 197 tokens UP. Each claim consumes 15 points; if the allocation is not fully claimed, the threshold will decrease every 5 minutes by 5 points.
