CFTC Reportedly investigated again Polymarket for compliance with the 2022 settlement agreement
According to Reuters, citing people familiar with the matter,CFTC is examining Polymarket's measures to prevent U.S. users from accessing the overseas platform and reviewing onboarding and customer protection procedures for its U.S. platform.
