Hong Kong SFC Announces Digital Asset Licensing and Tokenized Asset Regulatory Plan
Hong Kong’s SFC has announced an action agenda for its 5-year plan, proposing to introduce a new digital asset licensing regime in the near term and study regulatory frameworks for tokenized gold and other real-world assets over the medium to long term.
