Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission Releases Crypto ETF New Regulations, Initially Allowing Only Investments in Bitcoin and Ethereum
Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission released 11 sets of crypto ETF regulatory provisions, planned to take effect on October 16. Initially,ETF only passive investments in Bitcoin and Ethereum are permitted, subject to net exposure and custody requirements.
