TROOPS plans to acquire EFFORCE Group, with the transaction still pending approval
TROOPS Inc. announced that it had signed a conditional share purchase agreement with EFFORCE Group to expand its digital asset infrastructure business. Following completion of the transaction, Steve Wozniak will retain his EFFORCE shareholder interest.
