Former Supermicro contractor Ting-Wei Sun admitted in U.S. federal court in New York to participating in the illegal diversion to China of servers equipped with NVIDIA's high-end AI chips. Prosecutors said the equipment orders involved totaled approximately 2500000000 USD, with at least 510000000 USD servers illegally diverted.
