Putin says Russia-Ukraine talks cannot currently resume; Trump will relay Russia's information to Ukraine
Russian presidential aide Ushakov said Putin stated during his call with Trump that Russia-Ukraine talks cannot currently resume because of actions by Ukraine alleged by Russia. Trump has instructed that the information conveyed by Russia be relayed to the Ukrainian delegation.
