Wyoming and NYDFS signed a memorandum of understanding on digital asset regulatory cooperation
The Banking Division of the Wyoming State Auditor’s Office and the New York State Department of Financial Services signed a memorandum of understanding on regulatory cooperation, intending to coordinate digital asset-related licensing, examinations, enforcement, and information sharing, and to provide expedited review for eligible institutions.
