Dunamu Plans to expand into markets outside South Korea; stock-swap cooperation still pending review
Dunamu The CEO stated that the company is seeking growth opportunities outside South Korea and plans to jointly build digital asset and financial infrastructure with Naver Financial. The stock-swap transaction is still awaiting review by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and may be delayed until next year.
