According to Criptovaluta.it, Italy is discussing including an exit tax in the new annual budget bill, imposing up to 33%in tax on unrealized capital gains of crypto asset holders relocating abroad.
Multiple crypto tax amendments previously approved by the French National Assembly Finance Committee were rejected over the budget-revenue portion and are scheduled to be resubmitted for a vote on October 20; they will subsequently require a vote on the full package and consideration by the Senate.
