Qivalis receives Dutch central bank EMI license; issuance of EUR stablecoins still pending completion of MiCA requirements
Backed by 37 major European banks, Qivalis has obtained an electronic money institution license from the Dutch central bank, bringing it closer to issuing EUR-denominated electronic money tokens. The company must still complete the remaining MiCA requirements and publish a white paper.
