According to Bloomberg, AI infrastructure company Verda completed a US$189 million financing round led by Emergence Capital, with participation from Super Micro Computer and others, at a post-financing valuation of at least US$1 billion.
Bloomberg reportedly said that Oracle has issued a force majeure notice to the developer of the “Project Jupiter” data center in New Mexico, intending to defer payments rather than withdraw as the tenant if the project does not come online as planned in 2028.
