Cysic plans to October destroy from the foundation's reserves by the end of 7200000 tokens CYS, to offset the unauthorized minting in the cross-chain bridge incident.
PANews, citing PeckShieldAlert, reported that the address labeled as Cysic attacker transferred to Tornado Cash deposited 300 units of ETH and 30.4 units of BNB with a combined value of approximately 743700 USD。
Cysic said that the attacker unauthorizedly minted 10000000 tokens CYS and subsequently profited ETH, while proposing that the attacker be allowed to retain approximately 10%as a bounty, and requiring 72 the remaining funds to be returned within hours.
