French committee approves amendment requiring declarations of self-custodied crypto assets; not yet law
The Finance Committee of the French National Assembly approved an amendment proposing declarations for self-custodied crypto assets with an end-of-year value of at least 100000 EUR with maximum fines of 10000 EUR for non-declaration. The provision still requires subsequent legislative procedures and may be revised.
