Oracle reportedly invokes force majeure clause, seeks to defer “Project Jupiter” payments
Bloomberg reportedly said that Oracle has issued a force majeure notice to the developer of the “Project Jupiter” data center in New Mexico, intending to defer payments rather than withdraw as the tenant if the project does not come online as planned in 2028.
