Bitget Wallet COO Alvin Kan said that self-custodial wallet users continue to control their assets on-chain and that their assets were unaffected by this incident involving the Bitget exchange; the team said preventive checks have so far found no security impact and warned users to beware of phishing links impersonating the wallet.
