Meta and Sierra publish a personal Agent protocol PAP first 0.1 draft, “Poppy,” saying that OpenAI, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other 35 companies have joined its development. The draft seeks to standardize rules for Agent identity verification, user authorization, and corporate-service access.
