Zheng Zhao Extradited to the United States and Appears in Court for the First Time over Alleged Involvement in Crypto Investment Fraud Targeting the U.S.
U.S. prosecutors said that Chinese national Zheng Zhao was extradited from the Netherlands to the United States and detained for allegedly participating in a transnational cryptocurrency investment fraud scheme targeting U.S. citizens. The case involves at least 174 victims and more than 36900000 USD in funds.
