Hok Seng Ling has returned 5,603,305 pounds sterling under a confiscation order and 1,990 pounds sterling in interest to the UK government; all related funds have been recovered. He had assisted Qian Zhimin in handling illicit proceeds and was sentenced to imprisonment.
