Australia ASIC seeks comments on new digital asset rules, plans to implement in 2027 year April implementation
Australia ASIC is seeking comments on standards for new digital asset regulations, which are proposed to be implemented in 2027 year April. The comment period will close on November 27, 2026, and ASIC said that it has received more than 140 applications from relevant businesses.
