BlackRock raises its U.S. Treasury allocation rating, ending its nearly 6-year underweight position
The BlackRock Investment Institute raised its allocation rating on U.S. Treasuries and favored short-term Treasuries, saying that higher yields and potentially excessive pricing-in of Fed tightening expectations had increased the appeal of potential returns. It also downgraded U.S. equities to neutral.
