U.S. judge dismisses with prejudice LIBRA’s and M3M3 class action
U.S. District Judge Jennifer Rochon dismissed with prejudice the class action against LIBRA and the M3M3 token, finding that the existing claims were insufficient to support RICO claims. The plaintiffs may not bring the same claims again.
