Anthropic report says AI agent working hours are times those of employees, while the hiring share for junior technical roles declines
Citing Anthropic internal research, PANews says that as of August, the working hours of interactive AI agents deployed by its employees were 6 times those of humans; the company's shares of junior technical employees and junior technical-role hiring both declined.
