South Korean media: Tesla and NVIDIA plan to support Samsung Electro-Mechanics' expansion of its AI chip substrate production line
South Korean media reported that Tesla and NVIDIA plan to invest a combined approximately 3700000000000 KRW to support Samsung Electro-Mechanics in expanding its FC-BGA substrate capacity, with the project expected to begin mass production in the second half of 2028.
