VNX Swiss Franc（VCHF) is a fully regulated Swiss franc-referenced stablecoin. The token is issued by VNX Global Limited, which holds a Class M Digital Asset Business License issued by the Bermuda Monetary Authority and is authorized to conduct digital asset business activities. Each VCHF token is designed to be fully backed by Swiss francs at a ratio of 1：1 and redeemable for the corresponding Swiss franc reserves.
