PoQ measures data, reasoning, outputs, decisions, and actions against the customer’s own standard, so teams know what to improve and can ship with confidence. As AI systems consume more data, perform more reasoning, generate more work, and make more decisions, the amount of judgment required to establish quality grows with them.
