Stonk.Fi
Stonk.Fi is a permissionless, ownerless on-chain launch platform that turns community-backed fundraising into tradable markets. Creators define a fixed-supply token and open a fundraising queue; supporters contribute approved quote assets and may withdraw funds while the fundraising remains open. Once launch conditions are met, anyone can trigger an atomic transaction that creates a Uniswap v4 liquidity pool, injects liquidity, executes the initial purchase, and distributes the resulting tokens according to contract-defined weights for each supporter. The protocol supports trading on Robinhood Chain of ETH、USDG, tokenized stocks, and STONKFI-denominated markets. It also includes launch-price protection, post-launch damping mechanisms, referral rewards, on-chain ERC—1155 commemorative items, maintainer incentives, and the Stonk pipeline for recycling protocol value. The web app enables users to discover and create fundraisers, simulate transactions before signing, track real-time on-chain status, and claim launch allocations and rewards. There are no admin keys, upgrade paths, promised prices, or guaranteed returns; the rules and settlement are executed by immutable smart contracts.
