The token is issued by VNX Global Limited, which holds a Class A Digital Asset Business License issued by the Bermuda Monetary Authority and is authorized to conduct digital asset business activities. Each VGBP token is designed to be fully backed by British pounds at a ratio of 1:1 and can be redeemed for the underlying British pound reserves.
