HyperStrategy is the first protocol to operate entirely on-chain on HyperEVM, designed to emulate MicroStrategy’s strategy, but focused on just one goal: acquiring and continuously reinvesting as much$HYPE。HyperStrategy will launch an on-chain convertible bond protocol. Through this mechanism,HyperStrategy will issue convertible bonds to participants who provide funding in USDT0. These bonds serve both as receipts and as a protocol: if the native token of HyperStrategy reaches a predetermined exercise price in the future, the bonds will convert into that token, giving holders direct exposure to its upside. If the exercise price has not been reached at maturity, participants simply recover their principal.
