Pam Tholen

Pam Tholen is Head of Investor Relations at Paradigm, responsible for business development and communication with limited partners. Previously, she spent 12 years at KKR, working across product strategy, investor relations, and fundraising, and served as Head of New Business Development. She also spent 5 years at Bridgewater Associates, managing strategic institutional client relationships and expanding global wealth management channels. She began her career in M&A investment banking at Lehman Brothers and holds a bachelor's degree in politics and a certificate in French from Princeton University. She was also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
