Josie Franciose McGuinn Josie Franciose McGuinn is Paradigm's head of events, overseeing internal and external events for the organization. Before joining Paradigm, she worked at the Sundance Institute for more than 15 years as Director of Events, leading a team that planned and executed numerous events of various formats each year for the Sundance Film Festival and year-round programs. 150 Her early experience includes the Ronald Reagan Library, the U.S. Ski Team, S&R Originals, and The Depot. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Communications and Public Relations from California Lutheran University.
