Algorithmic tradingA method of executing trades using automated software that follows predefined instructions; the software can access the trading platform API to monitor conditions and submit or cancel orders.
Block TradeLarge orders privately negotiated outside the public order book, with the aim of reducing slippage and market impact.
Market ordersOrders executed at prices available in the market at the time, typically allowing partial fills.
OCO OrderOCO is a one-of-two order that can have take-profit and stop-loss orders set simultaneously; when one order is triggered or executed, the other is canceled accordingly.
