“Minting” can be understood as the creation of a new token record. This record shows that approximately 168000000 USDC were added to the Ethereum network, but the evidence does not indicate whether these tokens subsequently entered the market or were used for trading or settlement.
The addition USDC may affect stablecoin liquidity in the Ethereum ecosystem, but the actual market impact cannot be confirmed based solely on the minting record.
This is a report about a change in stablecoin supply; newly minted tokens do not mean that the funds have already been used.
