Analysis:BTC Traders’ realized price rises again, with the short- to medium-term cost structure remaining positive

BlockBeats reports that October 26, CryptoQuant certified analyst Trader_Gemini posted that the Trader On-chain Realized Price has risen again and is currently becoming an important reference indicator for observing the subsequent trend of BTC. The indicator reflects the average acquisition price of 1 to 3 months ago, when the last transfer occurred, for BTC, and can be used to measure the average holding cost of recent market participants.

Currently, the BTC trading price is in the 80000 USD low range, while traders’ realized price has risen to the 70000 USD mid-range, meaning that the current price of BTC remains above recent traders’ average cost. Based on the current structure, recent market participants as a whole remain in unrealized profit, and the short- to medium-term cost structure remains positive. Historically, when the market is in an uptrend, traders’ realized price has often provided support when a pullback in BTC approaches this level.

If the price can hold this cost line, it indicates that recent participants’ holding costs may continue to provide support for the market. Conversely, if BTC breaks below this level, some traders in unrealized loss may sell when the price rebounds close to their cost, causing this level to shift from support to resistance.

In addition, Trader_Gemini advised monitoring the indicator’s Upper Band. Historically, when the price of BTC approaches the Upper Band, it has often been accompanied by increased profit-taking pressure and may lead to a short-term pullback. Therefore, if BTC continues to rise, the market’s reaction near the Upper Band warrants close attention; if BTC undergoes a pullback, attention should be paid to whether traders’ realized price can provide effective support.

Trader_Gemini stressed that the Upper Band does not mean the market will necessarily peak, and traders’ realized price does not guarantee that BTC will rebound. Neither should be viewed as an automatic trading signal; rather, they are reference indicators for assessing the price levels at which recent market participants may change their behavior. At present,BTC remains above traders’ realized price, and the overall cost structure is still positive. If a deeper adjustment occurs later, whether this indicator can continue to provide support will be an important point to watch.
