【UK crypto trader says he was robbed in a home invasion, threatened with a knife, and lost approximately 800000 USD】

October 13, a UK cryptocurrency trader (X account @rrealist) said that three knife-wielding assailants broke into his residence, bound him with tape, held a knife to his face, and threatened to kill him, forcing him to hand over crypto assets, with losses of approximately 800000 USD. He said his main wallet was stolen 40000 USD, and his Ledger hardware wallet was stolen 720000 USD; he initially estimated his total losses at 800000 USD, but the itemized amounts he later listed totaled 760000 USD. A Rolex watch was also stolen, and his phone was taken and smashed. He said police had arrived, the residence had been designated a crime scene, and he had only multiple bruises with no serious injuries. The account also posted a Solscan link said to point to the address receiving the stolen funds, whose balance was 346.12 SOL at the time of posting, but the screenshot cannot independently prove that the address received the robbery proceeds. Reports said the alleged theft and assault had not been independently confirmed by police.
