X labels Kimi every post as an advertisement? Multiple bloggers have had their accounts locked, and even critical posts have been required to display a paid label

Dongcha Beating AI News Flash: Multiple overseas bloggers reported that recently, simply posting reviews or comments related to Kimi K3.1 Pro could result in X classifying them as paid promotions. Even without receiving payment, their accounts would be locked, and they would first have to add a “paid partnership” label to restore their accounts and file an appeal.

Review blogger Lumina said that she had only tested the model through Arena before its release, had neither received payment nor obtained Kimi’s official early-access eligibility, yet two of her posts were penalized.

Technology writer Ramez Naam encountered the same situation. He had only reposted Artificial Analysis’s evaluation results and shared his views.

Another blogger Da7em was still required to add a label even after publicly criticizing Kimi’s subscription service.

Some people could only first add the label to regain access to their accounts, then delete the posts to avoid making their followers mistakenly believe they had been paid. It is currently unclear why X has been collectively penalizing these posts.
