Prince Group Cambodia finance chief Li Tian’s in London 170000000 yuan luxury home and luxury watches frozen by the UK

PANews October 12 reported, citing Caixin, that an asset investigation into the alleged cross-border cyber fraud and money laundering case involving Cambodia’s Prince Group is expanding further in the UK. After multiple luxury homes in London belonging to the group’s founder Chen Zhi and Hu Xiaowei, who is alleged to be the “second-in-command,” were frozen, the assets in the name of Prince Group finance chief Li Tian, including 170000000 yuan luxury home in London and luxury watches, were also frozen by the UK. 2025 year October, when the US Treasury announced sanctions against Prince Group and its associates, it listed Li Tian as a close associate of Chen Zhi, alleging that he effectively served as Prince Group’s finance chief responsible for illegal fund operations, involving the management of illicit fund flows and bulk cash smuggling.
