Jumper plans to spin off LI.FI operate independently and will conduct its first fundraising through a JUMP token

PANews September 25 reported, citing Cointelegraph, that Jumper announced plans to conduct its first JUMP token sale through Legion and spin off from LI.FI to become an independent company. In the future, it will expand from cross-chain aggregation into an on-chain financial super app covering spot trading, cross-chain transactions, perpetual contracts, tokenized stocks, and other RWA and yield products. Its perpetual contracts product, Jumper Perps, is expected to launch in the coming weeks. The Legion token sale will reportedly be Jumper's first fundraising round, with the proceeds used for product development, user acquisition, and market expansion;JUMP token is planned to be issued separately after the fundraising is completed, and the company will not conduct an equity financing round concurrently.
