Kling 4.0 extend a single video to 30 seconds,October launch

Kling 4.0 Flash has already been opened for trial use by Black Gold annual-card members. The new version increases the maximum length of a single native video to 30 seconds, while Kling 3.0 previously maxed out at 15 seconds.

Control capabilities have also been further enhanced. Kling 4.0 supports up to 10 keyframes, allowing users to preset character states, scene changes, and plot points. Images, videos, and subjects can also be combined as inputs, with up to 15 multimodal references supported per generation.

Video editing is also more granular. Users can directly modify the characters, backgrounds, weather, colors, materials, and shots in the original video. They can also use another video as a reference, reuse its camera movements, actions, and narrative rhythm, and generate new content.

Audio and visual capabilities have been upgraded in parallel. Kling 4.0 supports dual-channel stereo and enhances complex camera movements, lip-sync, and multilingual dialogue. 10-bit HDR output is also planned for and 1080p, but is not yet available.

Videos also support multiple extensions, with a maximum extension length of 2 minutes; this feature has likewise not yet launched. Kling 4.0 Flash focuses on faster generation and lower costs, but the official team has not yet announced specific pricing or speed data. The full version and API are both scheduled to launch in October.
