HyperHAM is a rebasing token on HyperEVM backed by a HYPE-denominated reserve held in the protocol multisig. The reserve is grown through liquidity bonds and rebase seigniorage, and backs a fixed-rate, no-liquidation borrowing desk against wrapped HAM collateral
